Neighbourhood Watch
Manor Road, Manor Close, Hearn Close and the Spurs are a registered Neighbourhood Watch area, with signs at each end of Manor Road, at the Manor Close junction, and on lamp posts in Hearn Close. Contact Ray Cox to volunteer as a co-ordinator, or for stickers and the items below.

- Window/door stickers and "no cold callers" stickers — free from Ray Cox
- Anti-theft number plate screws — 5p each
- Mention the scheme (ref. GG42) when renewing home insurance for a possible discount
- Bring bins in straight after collection — bins left out signal an empty house
